Kenjutsu books

Tachi uchi no kata is an essential part to any kenjutsu practitioners library, and is a partner book to Tachi uchi no kurai.
Tachi uchi no kata is the first set of paired sword kata (kumi tachi) devised and introduced by Oe Masaji Sensei, and form part of the Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu syllabus. Considered to be the prelude to Tachi uchi no kurai (the original set of 10 kata, reputed to have been introduced by Hasegawa Chikaranosuke Hidenobu), it shares some of the same movements but at a more advanced level.
